“Krasny Kotelshchik” Took First Place in the Prestigious Regional Competition
The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ) has won the regional competition “Best mentoring practices for improving labor productivity in the Rostov region” for 2022.
Representatives of the enterprises participating in the competition were invited to the Government of the Rostov region. The award ceremony was held by the Deputy Governor of the Rostov region Alexander Scriabin. The winner's diploma in the nomination “Development of youth’s professional skills” was received by the Head of the Personnel Development Department of “Krasny Kotelshchik” Natalia Grishchenko.
“Krasny Kotelshchik” took first prize in the prestigious regional competition participating in it for the first time. The practice “Mentor in the workplace as an effective way to adapt and train staff” presented by the Taganrog enterprise was appreciated by the competition jury at a high level.
TKZ's strong mentoring institute has repeatedly aroused the interest of other enterprises and educational institutions. The plant has the necessary regulatory framework, highly qualified specialists who participate in the transfer of experience and knowledge to new employees, contribute to the development of their professional competencies, help to join the company's team, get acquainted with the corporate culture.
