“Krasny Kotelshchik” is Awarded for the Effective Development of Human Resources
The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ) became the awardee of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Russian organization of high social efficiency”. The company is among the winners in the category “For the Development of Human Resources in Industrial Organizations.” The plant achieved the successful result despite it is its first experience of participation in this competition.
This award has become a confirmation of the company's systematic, thoughtful and human-oriented HR policy. TKZ continues to develop its social and human resources initiatives, focusing on the well-being of employees as the basis for sustainable business development.
The award ceremony took place within the framework of the regional business platform “Creative Labor as a driver for the development of the creative Don”, which was organized with the support of the Union of Employers of the Rostov region. The event brought together about 300 participants from all over the region, who discussed the portrait of a modern employer and the role of creative projects in the development of human capital.
